Voting section in "Proposal" not displaying erro

when trying to vote on an existing proposal that was created before user wrappes ZRX, buttons AGAINST FOR ABSTAIN are correctly blocked. Vote Cast Vote is also correctly blocked and a mouse scrollover popup returns a message. Imo the message could be improved to indicate the user's voting power for the proposal. This can be confusing as user sees his voting power on top-right of the page and does not understand why he can't vote.

Hi gab, thanks for your feedback. We updated the text that describes a user's vote power at time of voting for a proposal so there is less confusion.

also in this context, the text "*Your Vote Power is based on when the proposal was created" should probably be displayed on mobile only, as on desktop user will see the same message in the popup when scrolling the Cast Vote button

in fact, when a user has positive voting power on a proposal, he can see his voting power in the Cast Vote button. Probably there could display 0 voting power, which will be explained in the mouse scrollover.
