* if certain items are required to a proposal, can we somehow highlight that?
* if either protocol or treasury governor is selected, does it makes sense for protocol or treasury governor contract address to be prepopulated in the "Target Address" field?

hi eric, thanks for your feedback.
we have improved the UX of proposal creation so that it highlights required form fields.
for proposal creation target address, the smart contracts allow different target addresses & we don't want to restrict it to a select number of addresses. this functionality is inline with the rest of the projects we support with boardroom.io.
